Refund method
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
